I’ve seen a lot of dick pics. We’ve all seen a lot of dick pics. And, if there is one thing that I’ve learned from years on the internet, a dick pic can be faked.

Before and after photos can be faked. Easily. Lighting, camera positioning, posing, they all effect the outcome.

But what about a lifecast, a copy of my dick? Make two copies of my dick before and after six months of using the Bathmate Hydroxmax. Put them side by side. That’d be more convincing to me.

And so begins the journey of lifecasting my dick.

Making the Mold

After some brief research, I decided to use a dental alginate to make the mold. If you’ve ever had impressions of your teeth taken, you’ve probably experienced alginate. A dry powder, mixed with distilled water turns into a minty green goop. The directions included with the alginate were essentially useless. The set time depends on the concentration of the alginate and the water temperature, more alginate or hotter water will yield a faster set time, but the specifics are missing. The first attempt began setting before the mold was even filled. The next two times, didn’t set quick enough to actually capture my erection. It is surprisingly difficult to maintain an erection when your dick is covered cool minty slime. But finally, the fourth attempt yielded results.

Casting

Actually, filling the mold was easy. Combine parts A and B of the platinum-based silicone, and slowly pour. Keep the mold upright, and wait 30 minutes.

A Dick is Born

Demolding the replica of my dick was similarly easy. After 30 minutes, the alginate had started to weep; alginate molds are single time use. Unfortunately, the silicone I used for this casting is not body-safe, nor is it resistant to being broken down by silicone lubricant. Before I start making dildos, those are two problems that will need to be solved.
